Become Friends With Your Body ―Yoga For Body Liberation (New Online Course)

Our bodies enable us to live. They protect us, listen to us and provide us with what we need even when we don’t ask. They take on our challenges and allow us to thrive— even while we all get told in different ways that our bodies are not ok, that there’s something wrong with us, whether it’s the shape or size of our bodies, the color of our skin, or what our bodies look like or can or can’t do.

Have you ever thought about what kind of stories your body has to share? How would they be different from your own?

We invite you to tap into the wisdom of your body in a brand new way by allowing the stories of our body to be heard and honored―and a new loving friendship to be created between you and your body.

Join us for our New Yoga for Body Liberation Online Course hosted by RW Alves beginning on July 30th!

About RW Alves RW believes that self-care and community-care when combined with committed self-inquiry, analysis of power structures, and engagement in community work, can be deeply radical acts. She sees yoga, somatics, and embodiment and spiritual practices as tools for social justice, trauma healing, resilience, community building, and personal and community transformation, and loves training teachers to make the healing and transformative power of yoga, somatics, embodiment, and spiritual practice more accessible and welcoming for a broader range of people and bodies. She believes deeply in the power of practice to ground, sustain, and inspire us in our important and world-changing work.
