Teachers, therapists, and healers:  Serving as a container for others' emotional breakthroughs requires skill, knowledge, and practice. Join Melody for this three week seminar to learn how to create and maintain the conditions for safety for yourself and your group. You'll learn group dynamics, the shadow work of group, tools for grounding yourself and your group, boundary setting and keeping, attachment theory, the psychology of groupformation and termination, and the art of deep listening. Come away feeling more confident in offering transformative classes, retreats, and workshops for students.

For white yoga teachers, students, healers, and therapists: how can we be effective white allies in the work of dismantling racism? What do we need to unlearn about race, whiteness, and privilege as we work towards racial justice? This interactive course will offer yoga and meditation practices that can help those of us who are white sit with the discomfort of the process and cultivate transformational ways of relating to one another across racial differences. We will also learn practical tools for talking with other whites about racism.
